Documents - Create new version
to create a new version for a document, choose the document from the list an click on the right mouse button to open the context menu.

Version:
The version is assigned automatically, but can be modified.
Created on:
Provide the date the new version was created.
Creator/Approver/Publisher:
Change the responsibilities if HTML clipboard necessary.
Check out document after creating new version:
Click this option when you want to begin with your work on the document HTML clipboard immediately.
Mark revision in document:
This option is only in MS Word Documents available. Is this option marked the revisions in the document are displayed.
Reason for change:
Type in the reason for the new version.

Click on <Save> to create the new version. After creating the new version of the document, the document in the list gets the status <draft>.
